These rules apply to every bonus unless an offer says otherwise.
Claiming a bonus
You can have one active bonus at a time, and each deposit takes one bonus, for wagering only. Offers are not credited by default, so redeem them on the Promotions page, in the Deposit and Bonuses tab of your profile or through Live Support. A Deposit Bonus has to be claimed before placing a deposit. If you missed that step, contact Live Support before your first wager on that deposit, otherwise the bonus cannot be added to it. A new bonus opens once the previous wagering is complete or your balance is lower than $0.30. Until then the earlier bonus stays active.
Changing your mind
A redeemed Free Spin Bonus or Deposit Bonus cannot be removed. It stays active until its wagering is complete or your balance falls below $0.30. If a bonus was claimed by accident, Live Support can cancel it so no wagering is needed, unless part of it has already been used, in which case its wagering requirements still apply.
Bet and value limits
The maximum value of a deposit bonus is $1,000 multiplied by the bonus percentage. The maximum bet allowed is $5 with an active No-Deposit Bonus, and $10 on Slots and Specialties or $25 on Cards with Deposit Bonuses and Cashbacks, while VIP Player Class limits can differ. A bet above the limit voids the bonus and any winnings linked to it.
Wagering contribution
Contribution to the wagering requirement depends on the game. Each $1 bet on Slots and Specialty Games counts as $1, and each $1 bet on Card Games counts as $0.15.
Games you cannot play with a bonus
